You will need to Put StartApp Ads I'd inside Androidmainfest.xml And you will need to change the Test Mode to Live Mode, Need to change Inside config.java

public static boolean startAppTestMode = true;  Make It false

For Admob Type ="ad"  , For Facebook Type ="fb"  , For StartApp Ads Type="Start"
